Ingredients :


3 lemons, use divided
1/2 Cut Seasoning, Old Bay and more, for garnish
8 Cloves Garlic, Broken
1 onion , peeled and cut into 6 pieces
1 mash potatoes small Yukon Gold, cut in half
4 ears corn cut in chunks 3 to 4 inches
3 lobster tails
1 crushing clams rubbed
1 shred crab legs cooked
1 crush smoked sausage , cut into 1-inch pieces, it is preferred kielbasa or andouille
1 shred shrimp , peeled and drained (leave the tails)
3 tablespoons Butter
2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions


Cut 2 lemons into quarters. Cut the lemon remaining in wedges and reserve wedges for garnish.
Fill a large pan with 14-16 cups of water. Put 2 lemons, cut into wedges into the water with the seasoning, Old Bay, garlic, and onion. Bring to a boil.


Add the potatoes to the pot and cook for 8 minutes.
Add the lobster tails and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the clams, crab, and corn and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the shrimp and sausage and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Drain the mixture of seafood from the pan, reserving 1 cup of broth.
Melt the butter in a small bowl and mix it with the reserved broth. Pour the broth over the mixture of seafood.

Garnish with chopped parsley and slices of lemon. Sprinkle with seasoning Old Bay additional to taste, then serve immediately.

Pasta cajun shrimp and sausage

ingredients :


1 shred large shrimp you can remove the tails or leave them on for a more elegant, peeled and clean
3 tablespoons Butter, divided
8 ounces smoked sausage type andouille or kielbasa cut into slices
2 spoons of cafe Cajun seasoning , or more to taste
1/2 Cut yellow onion Cut
1 Cut peppers in slices, I Used red and yellow
ten ounces linguini other varieties of long pasta will also work well
1/3 Cut parmesan, finely grated
1 Cut thick cream
2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions :


Bring to a boil a large pot of water with salt; add pasta and cook according to the package instructions.
While the pasta is cooking, melt 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add onions and peppers and cook for 4-6 minutes or until soft. Season with 1 teaspoon of cajun seasoning.
Add the sausage and cook 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Sprinkle the shrimp with the teaspoon remaining cajun seasoning, and add to the pan, cook for 2-3 minutes or until they are pink and opaque.

Drain the pasta and return it to the pot in which they cooked. Turn on the heat to medium-high and add the cream and the butter, salt and pepper to taste. Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until the sauce begins to thicken. Incorporates the parmesan.
Put the mixture of shrimp and sausage over pasta and sprinkle with parsley. Use it immediately.

Pizza style chicken

Ingredients:

3 halves boneless chicken breast, without skin, cooked and diced
2 tablespoons butter, melted
56 grams of hot sauce
225 grams of salad dressing, blue cheese
40 cm pizza crust
225 grams of mozzarella cheese , grated

Instructions :

Preheat the oven to 220ºC.
In a medium bowl, combine the chicken into cubes, melted butter and hot sauce.
Pour the salad dressing blue cheese over the crust, then top with the chicken mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese.


Bake until the dough is golden brown and cheese is bubbly, about 5 to 10 minutes. Let stand a few minutes before slicing, and serve.

Macaroni (pasta) with seafood

Ingredients :

300 macaroni (pasta)
100 g mussels
200 g shrimp
50 g Parmesan cheese
20 ml of olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
2 garlic cloves, optional
1 tsp lemon juice
a bunch of any greens


How to cook :
Boil the pasta.
Separately boil the seafood (5 minutes), rinse with cold water, lightly fry in olive oil, pepper, salt, sprinkle with lemon juice, if desired, add garlic.
Grate the Parmesan cheese on the pasta, add the seafood and sprinkle with herbs.
