4 organic apples
80 g of full sugar
70 g organic flour T55
20 g of butter
1 bag of yeast
1 c. with ice cream sugar soup

1 Start by preheating the oven to 200°C (thermostat 7).
2 Peel the apples, remove the trunk, then cut them finely with a mandolin.
3 Take a salad and pour sugar in it. Add eggs and whip to whiten the mixture.
4 Melt the butter and pour it with vanilla extract in the salad dressing. Whip for a few seconds. Then include flour and yeast, then mix to homogenize everything.
5 Little by little add the thin slices of apple by mixing gently with a spatula to avoid breaking them.
6 Shirt a baking paper cake mold before pouring the cake dough into it. Then leave the surface with the back of a spatula.
7 Cook on oven half high for 40 minutes. Insert knife blade in the center of the cake to check its baking. She needs to come out dry. If this is not the case, extend the cooking for a few minutes.
8 When the invisible apple cake is cooked, let it cool before gently demolishing it.
9 Decorate it in the icing sugar before serving.
