Chicken crusade

300 g of raw chicken white meat
150 g of flour
1/2 bag of yeast
1 egg
1 small onion
1 teaspoon of cumin
1/2 a bottle of onion
8 cl of water
1 Garlic Toss
1 cm fresh ginger
salt and pepper
pepper of the mirror
1 liter of frying oil

1-Mix flour, yeast and egg. Add 8 cl of water while whipping.
2-Mix garlic, ginger, onion and chicken. Salt and pepper.
3- Add this stuffing to the previous dough, mix well. Rectify seasoning and spray cumin and spelt pepper.
4- Heat the frying oil in a pan, when it is very hot, drop some dough balls and let them burn for 5 minutes.
5- Then drain them on absorbing paper.
6- Taste very warm with a little salt flower
