Low-Carb Cheesy Pizza Replacement

Perfect for blood sugar control and satisfying pizza cravings!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Optional toppings: Pepperoni or other low-carb pizza toppings
  • Pizza sauce for dipping (check for sugar-free options!)

Directions

1️⃣ Preheat the Oven:
Set the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2️⃣ Mix the Dough:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mozzarella, Parmesan, eggs, and Italian seasoning. Mix until fully incorporated.

3️⃣ Prepare the Pan:
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper for easy removal.

4️⃣ Spread & Top:
Spread the cheese mixture evenly onto the lined pan. Add pepperoni or any other toppings you like on top.

5️⃣ Bake:
Bake for 25 minutes or until the edges turn golden and the middle is set.

6️⃣ Cool & Cut:
Let cool slightly, then slice into portions.

7️⃣ Serve:
Enjoy with a couple of spoons of pizza sauce for dipping. Each 1/4 of the sheet pan is approximately 6-7 carbs!
