Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Cones

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Crust

  1. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of each sugar cone to form the crust.
  3. Place the cones on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and set aside.

Step 2: Make the Cheesecake Filling

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Spoon the cheesecake filling into each prepared sugar cone, filling them about three-quarters full.
  3. Smooth the tops of the cheesecake filling with a spatula or the back of a spoon.

Step 3: Add the Peach Cobbler Topping

  1. Spoon a generous dollop of canned peach pie filling on top of each cheesecake-filled cone.
  2. Gently spread the peach filling to cover the surface of the cheesecake filling.
