April 25, 2024 by admin

Layering

Take a flour tortilla and place a slice of provolone cheese on one half. Top with a generous portion of the cooked steak and vegetable mixture. Fold the tortilla in half to enclose the filling.

Pressing

Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Carefully place the assembled quesadilla onto the hot surface. Cook until golden brown and crispy on both sides, and the cheese is melted.

5. Cooking Instructions

Stovetop Method

Cook the assembled quesadillas on a skillet or griddle over medium heat, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown on both sides.

Oven Method

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the assembled quesadillas on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the tortillas are crispy and the cheese is melted.
