- 1 pound of ground beef
 - 1 onion, diced
 - 2 cloves of garlic, minced
 - 1 can (15 ounces) of chili beans, undrained
 - 1 can (14.5 ounces) of diced tomatoes, undrained
 - 1 can (8 ounces) of tomato sauce
 - 1 tablespoon of chili powder
 - 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 8 hot dogs
 - 8 hot dog buns
 - 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
 
Preparing the Chili
