Lemon Garlic Lobster Tails

  • 4 lobster tails
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation Time

  • 15 minutes

Cooking Time

  • 15 minutes

Instructions

Step 1: Preparing the Lobster Tails

  1. Thaw the lobster tails if they are frozen by placing them in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Using kitchen shears, cut along the top of each lobster tail shell.
  3. Gently pull the shell apart, exposing the meat.
  4. Carefully lift the meat out of the shell, leaving it attached at the base.
  5. Place the lobster meat on top of the shell.

Step 2: Making the Lemon Garlic Butter

  1. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the lemon juice and chopped parsley.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
