Instructions
Step 1: Preparing the Lobster Tails
- Thaw the lobster tails if they are frozen by placing them in the refrigerator overnight.
- Using kitchen shears, cut along the top of each lobster tail shell.
- Gently pull the shell apart, exposing the meat.
- Carefully lift the meat out of the shell, leaving it attached at the base.
- Place the lobster meat on top of the shell.
Step 2: Making the Lemon Garlic Butter
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until fragrant.
- Stir in the lemon juice and chopped parsley.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
