3.1 Seafood Preparation

  • Rinse seafood thoroughly under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  • Chop shrimp, scallops, and lobster (if using) into bite-sized pieces.
  • Flake crab meat.

3.2 Sauce Preparation

  • Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Gradually whisk in flour to form a roux.
  • Slowly pour in milk while continuously whisking until smooth and thickened.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4. Assembling the Lasagna

4.1 Layering

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  • Arrange lasagna noodles over the sauce.
  • Spoon a layer of seafood mixture over the noodles.
  • Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of sauce on top.
